摘 要:目的探讨叙事护理对中医院肺病科病房护士关怀能力培养的影响。方法采用理论培训、倾听故事、情景模拟、临床实战、案例评比方法对本科室20名护士进行相关指导培训。结果实施后本科室20名护士关怀能力高于实施前,认知、勇气、耐心干预后均较干预前有提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且实施后患者对护理服务满意度显著高于实施前(P<0.01)。结论采用叙事护理能够提高中医院肺病科护士的人文关怀能力和护理服务满意度。Objective To explore the influence of narrative nursing on nurses’caring ability cultivation in pulmonary ward of traditional Chinese medicine hospital.Methods Theoretical training,listening to stories,scenario simulation,clinical practice,case evaluation five methods were adopted to guide and train 20 nurses in our department.Results There was a significant difference in the improvement of humanistic care ability including cognition,courage,patience after intervention(P<0.05),and patients’satisfaction with nursing service was significantly improved compared with before intervention(P<0.01).Conclusion Narrative nursing can improve respiratory nurses’humanistic care ability and nursing service satisfaction.
