摘 要:针对传统细纱机存在的机械结构复杂、品种适应性差和生产效率低等问题,利用运动控制器开发基于多电机驱动的能够实现罗拉、钢领板和锭子等运动部件独立驱动的细纱机控制系统;重点介绍该控制系统的构成,牵伸和卷绕成形控制数学模型的建立以及罗拉牵伸运动、钢领板运动程序的实现。指出:基于多轴伺服系统的细纱机控制系统能够加强各轴之间的运动配合,有利于提高机器的控制精度和稳定性,机械结构简化,可扩展性强,能够适应细纱机高速化、自动化与智能化的发展趋势。In view of the problems existing in the traditional spinning frame,such as complex mechanical structure,poor adaptability and low production efficiency,the spinning frame control system based on multi-motor drive is developed by using motion controller,which can realize the independent driving of the moving parts such as roller,ring bar and spindle.The structure of the control system,the establishment of the mathematical model for the control of drafting and winding,and the realization of the movement program of roller drafting and ring bar are introduced.It is pointed out that the control system for spinning frame based on multi-axis servo system can strengthen the motion coordination among the axes,which is beneficial to improving the control accuracy and stability of the machine,simplifying the mechanical structure,and have strong expansibility,and can adapt to the development trend of high speed,automation and intelligence of spinning frame.
