摘　　要：食品和药品安全直接关系人们的生命健康,因此我国政府和相关单位十分重视食品和药品微生物检测工作,通过应用各种先进的科学技术,及时发现和处理食品和药品中的微生物,维护人们的饮食安全和用药安全。基于此,本文对现代分子生物学技术进行了简单概述,对现代分子生物学技术的应用意义、食品药品的微生物污染以及现代分子生物学技术在食品和药品微生物检测中的应用进行了分析,希望对促进我国食品安全检测工作的完善有所帮助。The food and drug safety is directly related with people's life and health,therefore,Chinese government and related units also attach great importance to food and drug microbial detection work,by applying all kinds of advanced science and technology for the microorganism in the food and drug discovery and timely treatment,and safeguard people's food and drug safety.Based on this,this paper analyzes the simple overview of modern molecular biology technology,the application significance of modern molecular biology technology,the microbial contamination of food and drugs,and the application of modern molecular biology technology in food and drug microbial detection.It is helpful to promote the improvement of Chinese food safety inspection work.
