摘  要:提高研究生文献阅读、管理和运用能力对于培养创新能力具有重要的意义。本文以培养学术型硕士研究生文献管理与运用能力为目标,在医学科研方法课程教学中,从课前准备、课堂教学及课后辅导三个环节,精心设计,为我校2018级和2019级医药学术型硕士研究生进行了EndNote文献管理工具的拓展教学。通过教学实践,大多数学生掌握了文献管理工具的基本功能,提高了学习兴趣,培养了创新意识,较好地实现了教学目标。反思教学过程,从探索线上教学模式、深化医学人文教育等方面为教学改革提出了有益的建议。Improving the ability of literature reading,management and application of postgraduates is of great significance to the cultivation of innovative ability.This paper aims to cultivate the ability of literature management and application of academic postgraduates.In the teaching of medical scientific research methodology,it is carefully designed from three aspects:pre-class preparation,classroom teaching and after-class tutoring.The expanded teaching of Endnote document management tools has been carried out for medical academic postgraduates of grades 2018 and 2019 in our university.Through teaching practice,most students have mastered the basic functions of document management tools,improved their interest in learning,cultivated a sense of innovation,and achieved the teaching goals.Reflecting on the teaching process,the current paper puts forward some useful suggestions for teaching reform from exploring online teaching model and deepening medical humanistic education.
