世界英语理论在援外医疗队英语听力教学中的应用

摘　　要：派遣援外医疗队是我国参与国际合作的重要方式,听力教学是援外医疗队岗前外语培训的一个重要内容。文章以世界英语理论为基础,尝试在援加纳医疗队的听力教学中引入加纳英语语音变体的知识,同时通过增加加纳英语变体的听力输入和练习,帮助医疗队队员快速适应加纳英语变体,提高英语交际效果,以期为援外医疗队岗前外语培训和医疗人才国际化培养提供一定的借鉴和启示。The dispatch of Chinese medical teams to foreign countries is an important way for China to participate in international cooperation.Listening comprehension teaching is an essential part of foreign language training for the medical teams.This paper attempts to incorporate World Englishes in teaching English listening comprehension of the Chinese medical teams sent to Ghana in 2018 and 2019 by introducing the phonological features of Ghanaian English and increasing the listening input of the Ghanaian English.It is hoped that the implications of incorporating World Englishes in teaching English listening comprehension can be summarized to improve the foreign language training for Chinese medical teams and the training of medical talents in the international context.
