我国护理学专业博士学位论文的文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的通过文献计量学分析的方法,了解我国护理学专业博士学位论文的研究现状及其热点,为护理研究及护理教育提供参考。方法检索中国知网及万方数据库,获取护理学专业博士学位论文,使用Excel对文献的发表时间、所属机构、被引频次等特征进行频数统计,并使用SPSS 22.0对高频关键词进行聚类分析。结果检索得到2007年1月至2018年12月国内护理学专业博士学位论文173篇,近4年内发文量均在10篇以上,发文机构共计24家高等院校;第二军医大学以累计47篇博士学位论文居发文量首位,姜安丽教授指导博士学位论文最多,为15篇;博士学位论文的引文量最多为676篇,单篇被引频次最高为85次。共词聚类分析结果显示,博士学位论文的研究内容较为分散,但已形成了5个主要的研究集合。结论我国护理学专业博士学位论文发文总量不多,发展时间较短,发文机构较局限,已形成多个研究热点,并产生一定学术影响力。今后可借鉴和参考现有研究热点,深入和拓展相关研究。Objective To investigate the research status and focuses of doctoral dissertations in nursing in China so as to provide references for nursing research and education.Methods The doctoral dissertations in nursing in China from 2007 and 2018 were retrieved through the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Wanfang database.The literature publication time,affiliated institutes and citation frequency were calculated by using Excel,and the high frequency keywords were clustered by using SPSS 22.0.Results 173 doctoral dissertations in nursing in China were obtained.More than 10 papers were published annually during the recent 4 years.The authors of the dissertations were with 24 universities,among which the Second Military Medical University took the lead for a total number of 47.Professor Jiang Anli ranked at the top for her instructions of 15 dissertations.The total citation quantity was 676,and the highest citation number for a single dissertation was 85.By co-word cluster analysis,the doctoral dissertations were divergent in terms of research content,but roughly tended to focus on five major topics.Conclusions In spite of the smaller number of doctoral dissertations in nursing in China,the short period of development and fewer institutes involving in the doctoral dissertations,they have paved the way for multiple research focuses and meanwhile achieved a certain academic influence.In the future,we can deepen and explore more relevant researches based on the research focuses.
