摘　　要：随着社会飞速发展,国家经济稳步提升,全球化趋势越来越明显,文化多元化越来越具备优势,为了国家软实力的提升、人才培育和信息技术的稳步提升,教学手段也在进步,朝着多元发展,高校网络教学资源建设和管理成为高校师生信息化教学的重点,这是高校教学质量的重要体现。文章重点研究了当前网络教学背景下我国高校网络教学资源建设及管理的问题,并提出相应的解决思路和建设管理方式。With the rapid development of society,the national economy is steadily improving,the trend of globalization is becoming more and more obvious,and the cultural diversity has more and more advantages.In order to enhance the national soft power and cultivate talents,the steady improvement and development of information technology,teaching methods are also in progress,and the construction and management of network teaching resources in colleges and universities have become the information-based teaching of college teachers and students key points,which is an important embodiment of teaching quality in colleges and universities.This paper focuses on the problems in the current network teaching background of colleges and universities in China,and puts forward the corresponding solutions and construction management methods.
