摘　　要：目的探讨PBL联合腹腔镜在胃肠外科教学中的价值。方法选择2017年2月—2018年2月在温州医科大学附属第二医院胃肠外科进行规范化培训的医师,共52名。随机分为两组:对照组A组进行传统教学,实验组B组进行PBL联合腹腔镜教学。以考试及问卷调查的方法进行教学效果的评估。结果B组理论成绩高于A组;B组腹腔镜技能考试中夹豆子成绩、缝合打结成绩均高于A组;B组腹腔镜操作总分、单项得分均高于A组;问卷调查显示,B组在对教学满意度、对腔镜等知识理解、学习积极性方面的评分均高于A组,以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL联合腹腔镜手术教学能有效的提高住院医师的理论知识和实践操作能力,增加学员对教学的满意度,提升教学效果。Objective To explore the value of PBL combined with laparoscopic surgery in teaching of gastrointestinal surgery.Methods A total of 52 students were selected for training in the Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery at the Second Affiliated Hospital of the Wenzhou Medical College from February 2017 to February 2018.They were randomly divided into two groups.The B group adopted PBL combined with laparoscopy,while the A group adopted traditional method.The teaching effect was evaluated by examination and questionnaire.Results The theoretical score of the B group was higher than the A group.In laparoscopic test,the results of bean clipping,suture and knot tying in the B group were higher than those in the A group.The total score and single item score of the B group were higher than those of the A Group.According to the questionnaire,the B group got higher scores than the A group in teaching satisfaction,understanding of knowledge and learning motivation.All the differences were significant.Conclusion PBL combined with laparoscopy teaching can improve residents’knowledge,practice ability,satisfaction and teaching effect.
