基于创新创业视角下的高职体育教学管理创新研究

摘　　要：在高职院校体育教学当中,体育教学的管理是非常重要的,管理的好坏与教学的质量有着很密切的关系.伴随着时代的飞速发展,教育也在进行不断的创新与改革,高职院校体育教学管理的创新需要把理念、体系和模式这三个方面来展开.为了把高职体育教学管理创新的理念提升起来,管理者以及教师都需要把自己的综合能力进行提高,为高职院校的发展做好基础的准备,让学生可以得到更好的教育.对此,简要基于创新创业视角下的高职体育教学管理创新策略,希望可以为相关教育者提供理论帮助.In the physical education teaching of higher vocational colleges,the management of physical education teaching is very important,and the quality of management is closely related to the quality of teaching.With the rapid development of the times,education is also undergoing constant innovation and reform.The innovation of PE teaching management in higher vocational colleges needs to be carried out from three aspects:concept,system and mode.In order to promote the concept of PE teaching management innovation in higher vocational colleges,both the managers and the teachers need to improve their comprehensive ability,to prepare for the development of higher vocational colleges,so that the students can get better education.
