摘  要:目的:探讨MDT模式下CBL教学法在临床规培医师教学中的应用效果和可行性。方法:选取安徽医科大学第二附属医院2016年至2018年在心胸外科轮转的规范化培训医师100人,随机分成四组,A组采用MDT+CBL教学法,B组采用CBL教学法、C组采用MDT教学法,D组采用传统的LBL教学法。对各组分别采取基础理论考试,病例分析和问卷调查评价4组教学的成效和满意度。结果:理论考试成绩A组成绩与B、C、D组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但病例分析成绩和问卷调查结果,A组均高于B、C、D组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MDT联合CBL教学模式在心胸外科规培医师应用可以提高临床思维能力和学习积极性,增加临床参与感,具有较好的可行性,值得大力推广。Objective:To explore the effect and feasibility of case-based learning(CBL)teaching method in clinical training of physicians under multidisciplinary team model(MDT).Methods:100 standardized training residents in cardiovascular surgery rotation at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from 2016 to 2018 were randomly divided into four groups.Group A(MDT+CBL teaching group)Group B(CBL teaching group),Group C(MDT teaching group),Group D(lecture-based learning(LBL)teaching group).The teaching effect and satisfaction of four groups were evaluated by theoretical examination,case analysis and questionnaire survey.Results:There was no significant difference between the scores of group A and those of group B,C and D(P>0.05)However,the results of case analysis and questionnaire survey were higher than in Group A than in Groups B,C,and D,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:MDT combined CBL teaching model can improve clinical thinking ability,enhance the study enthusiasm,increase participation,feasibility,and is worth promoting.
