摘  要:目的分析急诊科发生护理纠纷的主要原因,并设计出相应的防范对策。方法分析对象为我院急诊接收的患者,将2017年1月至2018年1月接收的500例患者归纳入对照组,将2018年2月至2019年2月接收的500例患者纳入试验组。试验组分析护理纠纷发生的原因并实施防范方案,而对照组仅实施常规护理流程,比较两组护理质量。结果与对照组相比,试验组护理纠纷发生率、护理投诉率均得以显著降低,同时患者护理满意度显著提升,组间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论针对急诊科护理纠纷的原因予以相应的防范对策,可将护理纠纷显著减少,提升护理质量。Objective To analyze the main causes of nursing disputes in emergency department,and to design corresponding preventive measures.Methods The analysis objects were patients admitted to our hospital's emergency department,500 patients received from January 2017 to January 2018 were included in the control group,and 500 patients received from February 2018 to February 2019 were included in the experimental group.The experimental group analyzed the causes of nursing disputes and implemented prevention programs,while the control group only implemented routine nursing procedures to compare the quality of care between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the nursing dispute rate and nursing complaint rate in the experimental group were significantly reduced,and the patient's satisfaction with nursing increased significantly,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion According to the causes of nursing disputes in emergency department,the corresponding preventive measures can significantly reduce nursing disputes and improve the quality of nursing.
