摘　　要：新时代党和国家将优秀人才的培养放在了极其重要的位置,尤其重视高校的思想政治教育工作。当前工科院校的思想政治理论课教学存在着教学内容单一、教学方法缺乏创新、师资队伍建设力度不足等问题,必须进行改革创新。该文从研究生自身、授课教师以及校方这三个角度出发,提出一些思想政治理论课改革与创新的对策,以期提升思想政治理论课的教学效果。In the new era,the Party and the state put the mission of cultivating outstanding talents in colleges and universities in an extremely important position,paying special attention to ideological and political education.At present,there are a series of problems in the ideological and political theory course of engineering colleges,including single teaching content,lack of innovation in teaching methods and insufficient construction of teaching staff.Therefore,from the perspective of graduate students themselves,teachers and the school,some countermeasures for the reform and innovation of the ideological and political theory course are put forward in order to improve the teaching effect.
