摘 要:总结积分制教学绩效考核经验。通过对教学积分制绩效考核的形成背景、设计方法及实际运行情况的分析,探讨积分制对大学附属医院科室教学工作参与度、规范性与教学成果等教学质量的全面提升作用。通过教学积分制绩效考核有效运行,教学工作进入良性循环,并有利地促进了医教研的协同发展。The experience of the point-based system in teaching performance evaluation was summarized.Based on the analysis of the background,design method and actual operation of the performance appraisal of the point system,the study discussed the overall improvement of the teaching quality of the departments of the affiliated hospital,such as the participation,standardization and teaching achievements of the point system.Through the effective operation of the performance appraisal of the teaching point system,the teaching work entered into a virtuous circle and promoted the synergistic development of medical care,teaching and research favorably.
