医生查房会话的语码体系与运行特点研究

摘　　要：医生查房环境下使用的语码主要有医学术语、医学缩写符号、医学数据、药品(名)和对患者语言的解释语码。医患交际涉及医学、社会、生活、文化、心理、认知等多个层面,医生为了实现交际目的,必须熟练掌握运用各种语码并在此基础上根据诊断治疗的需要进行转换。查房是医疗的重要环节,在查房过程中,医生通过逻辑编码运行医学诊断思维;通过翻译转译理解患者疾病叙事;通过解释分析实现对疾病的推理诊断治疗;通过转换语码顺应不同患者对象。The linguistic codes used by doctors in ward round mainly include:medical terms,medical abbreviations,medical data,medicines,and explanations of patients’words.Doctor-patient interaction involves various aspects such as medicine,society,life,culture,psychology and cognition.Doctors must have a good command of all kinds of linguistic codes and switch them according to different diagnoses and treatments,so that they can achieve communicative purposes.Ward round is an essential step during which doctors analyze patients’information in medical thinking pattern to diagnose disease,interpret patients’illness narrative to understand their condition,treat the disease through logical deduction,and serve diversified patients by switching to appropriate code.
