摘 要:目的探讨多学科协作诊疗模式(multidisciplinary team,MDT)联合问题式学习模式(problem-based learning,PBL)教学法在消化科住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用效果。方法选取2018年7月—2019年6月在我院消化科参加住院医师规范化培训的48名医师,随机分为两组,即试验组(MDT+PBL教学模式)和对照组(传统教学模式),对比两组学员的出科考核成绩、MINICEX评分及出科教学满意度,以评价两组规范化培训学员的教学效果。结果住院医师规范化培训学员出科时,试验组规培学员考试成绩及教学满意度均明显高于对照组规培学员(P <0.05),试验组学员的培训后的MINICEX评分均明显高于对照组学员(P <0.05)。结论在消化科住院医师规范化培训中,采用MDT模式联合PBL教学法,有利于提高教学效果。Objective To explore the effect of teaching method in multidisciplinary team(MDT)model combined with problem-based learning(PBL)model for educating the standardized residency training of gastroenterology.Methods 48 resident doctors who were trained in the gastroenterology of our hospital from July 2018 to June 2019,were randomly divided into two groups,including the experimental group(with MDT combined with PBL teaching model)and the control group(with traditional teaching model).Teaching effect was evaluated by compared with three factors of these two groups,including with the examinational scores of training completion,mini-clinical evaluation exercise(MINICEX)and teaching satisfaction rate of training completion.Results The experimental scores and teaching satisfaction rate of the experimental group were all significantly higher than that of the control group when the resident doctors completed the training(P<0.05),and also MINICEX evaluations of the experimental group were significantly better than that of control group when the resident doctors accepted the training(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of MDT model and PBL model teaching methods can significantly improve the teaching effect for the resident clinical standardized training of gastroenterology.
