摘　　要：研究了宁夏贺兰山东麓酿酒葡萄赤霞珠不同产量控制处理对葡萄果实成熟度、成熟品质及对葡萄酒品质的影响。结果表明:赤霞珠果实成熟度、成熟品质、葡萄酒品质最佳产量为700~850 kg/667 m^2。此研究为确定贺兰山东麓酿酒葡萄产区赤霞珠的最佳负载量提供了一定的理论依据和技术支撑。In this paper,the effects of main wine grape variety Chixiazhu at the eastern foothills of Helan Mountain in Ningxia on fruit maturity,fruit quality and wine quality were study.The results showed that the optimal carrying capacity of fruit maturity,fruit quality and wine quality was 700~850 kg/667 m^2.This study will provide a theoretical basis for determining the optimal carrying capacity of Chixiazhu in wine region at the eastern foothills of Helan Mountain.
