我国“学分银行”制度研究述评--基于成人教育视角

摘　　要：“学分银行”制度作为成人教育、继续教育、终身学习的主要通道和“立交桥”,对面临多重困境的成人教育是“破局”的重要依托。这种依托“学分银行”制度推进成人教育改革与发展的实践需要比较系统、坚实的理论作指导。而开展问题导向、实践导向的相关研究,需要找到理论之“根”和方法之“镜”。文章从国内“学分银行”制度总体研究情况、“学分银行”制度与成人教育的相关研究两个方面进行简要的述评,并提出了理论与实践同步推进以建设成人教育院校“学分银行”制度的建议。As the main channel and“overpass”of adult education,continuing education and lifelong learning,the“credit bank”system provides a solid basis for the breakthrough of adult education,which currently encounters many problems and difficulties.The practice of promoting adult education through“credit bank”system requires a systematic and solid theoretical foundation.To carry out problem-oriented and practice-oriented research,it is necessary to find the root of theory and an appropriate method.This paper briefly reviews China’s overall research situation of“credit bank”system as well as the relationship between“credit bank”system and adult education and proposes that the advancement of both theory and practice should be carried out simultaneously in order to establish a practical“credit bank”system for adult colleges.
