摘  要:通过对1999年以来我国中考命题质量评估历程的分析,揭示开展学业水平考试命题质量评估的困境成因在于:缺乏命题质量评估界定,缺乏命题质量标准,缺乏命题质量评估主体标准,评估实践的“只技术”思维,缺乏命题质量评估文化。在此基础上,提出3条解困对策:建立学业水平考试命题容错制度,依法治考,专业化与标准化双管齐下。Based on the analysis of the quality evaluation progress of the senior school entrance examination in China since 1999,this paper reveals the dilemma in carrying out the item development quality evaluation of Junior Middle School Academic Level Test,and points out the reasons that cause this dilemma are the lack of the definition of quality evaluation,the lack of quality standard,the lack of evaluation subject standard,the lack of evaluation culture,and“technology only”thinking in the practice of the item development quality evaluation.On this basis,this paper puts forward three countermeasures to solve these problems,which are to establish the fault-tolerant system of item development,to administer examinations according to law,and to combine specialization and standardization.
