摘　　要：德智体美劳全面发展的人才培养理念,是新时代我国大学教育发展的新任务,赋予了大学教育文化育人的重要使命,文化育人应成为大学加强人才培养的基础性工作。大学需要深化对于文化育人的基本特征和规律性的认识,深入探索推动文化育人工作的有效路径。在推进以文化人、以文育人过程中,大学必须牢固树立“立德树人”的基本方向和根本任务,始终坚持以人民为中心的理念,将大学人才培养推进到新高度。The concept of all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor talent cultivation is a new task for the development of higher education in China in the new era.It endows the important mission of cultural education of university education,and cultural education should become the basic work for universities to strengthen talent cultivation.Universities need to deepen their understanding of the basic characteristics and laws of cultural education and explore effective ways to promote cultural education.In the process of cultivating people with culture and culture,universities must firmly establish the basic direction and fundamental task of“cultivating people with morality”,always adhere to the concept of people-centered,and push the cultivation of university talents to a new height.
