摘 要:回顾第二届全国职业院校助产专业技能大赛,分析高职组和中职组的理论竞赛和技能竞赛比赛成绩,分析赛后参赛学校满意度、大赛对教师教学的认可度及对学生学习的认可度三方面的调研数据,讨论大赛对促进教师职业发展、学生专业成长以及对院校的积极影响,并提出助产专任教师需主动下产房临床实践,紧跟职教改革和行业发展新趋势;学生应加强自主学习能力培养,关注提升学习效果的方法;院校应积极促进大赛成果转化,确保学生核心技术技能的提升。The Second National Vocational College Midwifery Professional Skills Competition was analyzed including comparing the results of theoretical and skill competitions of higher vocational versus secondary vocational groups;and analyzing the data regarding the post-competition satisfaction,the recognition of teaching and learning.We discussed the positive effects the competition brought to instructors'personal development,students'professional development,and the development of the universities/colleges.Suggestions are proposed as follows:midwifery instructors should actively practice in the clinical settings in order to keep up with the new trend of vocational education reform and industry development;midwifery students should strengthen the autonomous learning ability and pay attention to the methods of improving learning effects;and colleges should actively promote the transformation of competition to ensure the promotion of students'core technical skills.
