云南连片特困区农村中小学体育生态系统运行现状调查及分析

摘　　要：云南连片特困区农村中小学体育生态系统存在物质系统运行断续和停滞、能量系统运行不佳、信息系统运行不畅的问题,突出体现在:体育经费投入随意化,体育器材“虚供给”;体育师资本就紧缺却又流失严重,体育受重视程度低对体育教师的工作积极性和工作心态造成严重消极影响,工作境遇差使得体育教师产生职业怠倦,学校体育效能释放不理想;学校体育制度运行阻滞、学校体育技术及情报更新缓慢,针对这些问题提出了对策性建议。The problems of intermittent and stagnant operation of material systems,poor operation of energy systems,and poor operation of information systems in the sports ecosystem of rural primary and secondary schools in the contiguous destitute areas of Yunnan are prominently reflected in the randomization of sports funding and“virtual supply”of sports equipment.The capital of physical education teachers is in short supply but the loss is serious.The low level of attention to physical education has a serious negative impact on the work enthusiasm and attitude of physical education teachers.Poor working conditions make physical education teachers burnout and the effectiveness of school physical education is not ideal;System operation is blocked,school sports technology and information update is slow,and countermeasures are proposed to address these problems.
