新时代高校资助育人路径探究

摘　　要：当前,我国资助工作体系日臻完善,已经能保障高校学生安心求学。随着高校学生受助需求多样性增强,发展性需求明显显现,高校的资助工作已经步入从保障性资助转变为精准资助和发展性资助的过渡阶段,这对高校资助育人工作提出了新的要求。基于高校资助育人工作的现状调研,探索"发展性资助"模式构建,扎实推进对家庭经济困难学生在"发展"上的精准帮扶,促使学生得到全面发展,帮助学生构筑个体发展的强大精神支柱。At present,our country's subsidizing system is improving day by day,and it can already guarantee college students to study at ease.With the increase of the diversity of the needs of college students,the development subsidizing needs have increased significantly.The subsidizing work of colleges and universities has entered the transitional stage from guarantee subsidizing to precision subsidizing and development subsidizing,which puts forward new requirements for the subsidizing work of colleges and universities.Based on the investigation of the current situation of subsidizing work in colleges and universities,this paper explores the construction of development subsidizing model,solidly promotes the precision development subsidizing for students from poor families,promotes the all-round development of students,and helps students build a strong spiritual pillar of individual development.
