摘　　要：随着农业现代化、社会主义新农村建设的逐步推进及乡村振兴战略的实施,国家对农科人才培养提出了更高要求。如何培养适应新时代需求的农科人才,是当前农业类高校面临的迫切任务。“拔尖创新型人才培养”是近年来一种新的人才培养模式,通过调查分析当前农科类专业人才培养中实践教学环节存在的问题,提出实践教学改革对策,为拔尖创新型卓越农科人才培养,探讨构建具有可行性的实践教学模式。With the modernization of agriculture,the building of socialist new countryside and the implementation of the national rural revitalization strategy,our county has put forward higher requirements for the training of agricultural talents.How to train agricultural talents to meet the needs of the new era is an urgent task facing agricultural colleges and universities.“Top-notch innovative agricultural talents training”is a new talent training model in recent years.By investigating and analyzing the problems existing in the current practice teaching in the training of agricultural talents,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of practice teaching reform,and discusses the construction of feasible practice teaching model for the training of outstanding agricultural talents.
