高职院校服务高端装备制造产业发展的路径探究

摘　　要：高端装备制造产业是富国强国的基础,高职教育应服务制造业转型升级,培养适应产业需求的高素质高技能应用型人才。分析高端装备制造产业的人才需求发现,高职院校制造类专业存在建设与发展准备不足、毕业生就业竞争力亟待提升、专业教学改革有待深化等问题,制定对接高端高端装备制造产业岗位需求的人才培养方案,加强实训实习基地建设,创设现代化教学条件,强化师资培养,建设高水平教师队伍,打造科研平台,推进产学研合作,融入工匠精神,均为构筑“大国工匠”成长之路。The high-end equipment manufacturing industry is the foundation to develop country in rich and powerful condition. However, the higher vocational education should cultivate the high-quality and skilled applied talents who served for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry. There have some problems in the high-end equipment manufacturing major of higher vocational colleges, such as insufficient preparation for construction and development, urgent improvement of graduates’ employment competitiveness, and deepening of professional teaching reform. Therefore, to meet the talent demand of high-end equipment manufacturing industry, to begin with, strengthening the construction of practical training base in accordance with talent training programs. Then,building modern teaching conditions and high-level teaching team, creating a scientific research platform and also promote the cooperation among industry, university and research, and finally integrating the spirit of craftsmanship,which aims at fostering the "great craftsmen".
