互联网+背景下社区老年教育发展的现状与展望

摘　　要：大力发展互联网+背景下社区老年教育,是有效实施“养教医结合”“养教一体化”的重要途径。目前,国内社区老年教育的主要实践模式有老年开放大学、数字化养老社区、老年网络学习平台等。互联网+融入社区老年教育存在的问题主要包括:平台功能和教育模式尚未成熟,资源供给不足与庞大的需求群体间的矛盾日益凸显,师资队伍的数量和质量亟待增强等。未来社区老年教育的发展,应进一步完善现有的平台功能和教育模式,有效整合社会教育资源,加强师资队伍建设,丰富社区老年教育内容与形式,以提高老年人的生活品质,真正实现“老有所教”“老有所学”“老有所为”“老有所乐”。Developing community education vigorously for the aged under the background of Internet plus is an important way to effectively implement the "combination of nursing, education and medicine" and "integration of nursing and education". At present, the main practice modes of community education for the aged in China include Open University for the aged, digital community for the aged, network learning platform for the aged and so on. The problems existing in the integration of Internet plus into community education for the elderly mainly include immature platform functions and education models, increasingly prominent contradictions between insufficient resource supply and huge demand groups, and urgent need to enhance the quantity and quality of teaching staff. The development of the future community geriatric education, should further perfect the existing platform function and mode of education,effectively integrate social education resources, strengthening the construction of teaching staff, enrich the community elderly education contents and forms, in order to really improve the life quality of old people and make the elderly enjoy their life.
