摘 要:传统的定量泵+溢流阀形式的恒压油源会造成功率浪费,因此出现了一种能够自动匹配负载流量、压力需求的智能泵。建立定排量变转速智能泵系统的数学模型并分析其特点,将自抗扰控制用于智能泵的转速、压力控制。利用AMESim和MATLAB联合仿真,将可变开度节流阀作为负载,验证转速、压力的控制效果。结果表明:带有自抗扰控制的智能泵系统具有很好的控制性能。The traditional constant pressure oil source with the form of quantitative pump&relief valve will result in a waste of power,so an intelligent pump which can automatically match the flow and pressure demand of the load is appeared.The mathematical model of the intelligent pump system with constant displacement and variable rotatory speed was established and its characteristics were analyzed.The active disturbance rejection control was used to control the rotatory speed and pressure of the intelligent pump.By using AMESim and MATLAB joint simulation,the variable opening throttle valve was used as load,and the control effect for rotatory speed and pressure was verified.The results show that the intelligent pump system with active disturbance rejection control has good control performance.
