摘 要:建立直流伺服系统精确模型比较困难,采用传统PI控制器进行控制时系统鲁棒性较差。针对直流伺服系统的控制问题,采用基于现场可编程序模拟阵列的PI控制器实现直流伺服系统的有效控制,并对控制效果进行仿真验证。建立了直流伺服系统的数学模型,构造了其运动方程。设计采用继电器和PI控制器并联组合的基于现场可编程序模拟阵列的PI控制系统。采用MATLAB软件对直流伺服系统进行仿真,将仿真结果与传统PI控制器的计算结果进行对比和分析。结果表明:采用基于现场可编程序模拟阵列的PI控制器的直流伺服系统能够产生非超调响应,跟踪性能明显提高,能在0.4 s内快速消除波动,并且所需控制电压减少50%左右。It is difficult to establish accurate model of DC servo system,and the system robustness is poor when using the tradi⁃tional PI controller.Aimed at the control problem of DC servo system,the PI controller based on field programmable analog array was used to realize the effective control of DC servo system,and the control effect was simulated and verified.The mathematical model of the DC servo system was established and its motion equation was constructed.A PI control system based on field programmable analog array was designed in parallel combination of relay and PI controller.The DC servo system was simulated by using the MATLAB soft⁃ware,and the simulation results were compared and analyzed with the traditional PI controller.The results show that the DC servo sys⁃tem of PI controller based on field programmable analog array can generate non⁃overshooting response,the tracking performance is sig⁃nificantly improved,the fluctuations are quickly eliminated within 0.4 s,and the required control voltage is reduced by about 50%.
