摘　　要：张謇是习近平总书记盛赞的我国近代以来五位爱国企业家典范之一。大力弘扬张謇企业家精神,对南通奋力开拓“强富美高”实践新境界目标的达成,具有十分重要而紧迫的意义。文章从强国富民的职业情怀、“强毅力行”的职业精神、敢为人先的创新勇气、和中内敛的职业气质、信义为本的儒商操守和“以业养文”的文化追求六个方面解读了张謇企业家精神内涵。进而针对当代通商企业家精神的痛点,提出弘扬张謇企业家精神,应厚植“企业家英雄主义精神”的生成土壤,深化激发企业家创新精神的供给侧改革,引导民营企业完善以企业家精神为中心的法人治理结构和治理模式,在企业家中开展“为谁发展、依靠谁发展、怎样发展”的大讨论,精心打造南通营商环境“升级版”。Praised by Xi Jinping,Zhang Jian is one of the five models of patriotic entrepreneurs in modern China.Carrying forward Zhang Jian’s enterpreneurship is of great importance and urgency for Nantong to open up a new practical realm of“being strong,rich,beautiful and high”.This paper interprets the connotation of Zhang Jian’s enterpreneurship from six aspects:the professional feelings of strengthening the country and enriching the people,the professional spirit of“being strong and resolute”,the innovative courage of daring to be the first,the professional temperament of being moderate and introverted,the integrity of Confucian businessmen based on faithfulness and the cultural pursuit of“cultivating culture through industry”.In view of the difficulties of contemporary Nantong merchant’s entrepreneurship,it is proposed that to carry forward Zhang Jian’s entrepreneurship,we should plant the soil for the formation of“entrepreneurial heroism”,deepen the supply side reform to stimulate entrepreneurial innovation,guide private enterprises to improve the governance structure and mode of legal person centered on entrepreneurship,and carry out“who to develop for,who to rely on to develop,how to develop”among entrepreneurs.The“upgrading version”of Nantong’s business environment will be meticulously created.
