摘　　要：应用型人才的培养需要紧紧围绕着“以学生为中心”来开展相关的教学活动,并且持续改进。“以学生为中心”的课程教学设计与实践,通过组建与课程相关专业教师的项目团队,融合相关专业课程知识,应用于课程的理论和实验教学;采用合作式教学和启发式教学,模糊理论教学与课内实验的界面,将理论教学与课内实验融为一体;采用信息化平台教学,降低搭建管理信息系统的难度,重点培养学生信息系统应用的能力,使学生获得学习的成就感和兴趣,进而提升教学效果。The cultivation of application-oriented talents should focus on“student-centered”teaching design and practice and make continuous improvement.The“student-centered”curriculum teaching design and practice should be applied to the theoretical and experimental course teaching through the formation of a project team with professional teachers and the integration of professional knowledge related to the courses.Besides,it should adopt cooperative teaching method and heuristic teaching method to blur the interface between theoretical teaching and in-class experiments and integrate theoretical teaching with in-class experiments.Also,it should adopt an information-based platform for teaching to reduce the difficulty of building management information systems and focus on cultivating students′ability to apply information systems so that students can gain a sense of accomplishment and interest in learning.As a result,the teaching effectiveness can be improved.
