摘  要:为应对2019年底的突发疫情,教育部提出“停课不停学”的要求。本文以汕头大学医学院TQM理论框架下网络教学质量保障体系为例,探讨在网络教学环境下,如何形成有效的医学院校教学质量保障体系。该体系包括教学管理层、课程负责人(教师)、学生干部三层管理架构,从输入、过程、输出三个阶段进行调控,从而达到质量持续改进的“过程管理”目的。这个体系的构建保障了本院网络教学有序运行,质量控制逐步从第一周的保障网络教学流程到第二周保障达成知识目标,逐步升级至保障学生能力与素养发展的育人目标,形成比较理想的三级质量保障体系。In order to stand the rapid spread of COVID-2019,the ministry of education has implemented the measure of“suspended class,ongoing learning”to control the outbreak.Taking the teaching quality guarantee system of Shantou University Medical College which is based on the theory of“Total Quality Management”(TQM)for instance,this paper aims to explore how to form an effective teaching quality guarantee system in medical colleges with the mode of online teaching.The system includes the three-level management structure of teaching management,course leader(teacher),and student cadre and it is controlled from the three stages of input,process and output,so as to achieve the purpose of“process management”of continuous quality improvement.The construction of this system ensures the well-aligned operation of the online teaching in our college.The escalation of quality control is from the first week safeguarding network teaching process,guaranteeing accomplishment of study goal by the second week,gradual upgrading to ensure the development of students’ability and quality,forming a more ideal three-level quality assurance system.
