安康富硒茶产业提质增效的SWOT分析及对策

摘　　要：应用企业战略管理研究SWOT分析工具,对安康富硒茶产业发展优势、劣势、机遇、威胁进行态势分析。提出产业提质增效要壮大龙头企业,促进茶企规模化、标准化经营,加强产学研合作,培养职业化、专业化的茶产业人才,组建安康富硒茶品牌联盟,加快茶叶品牌整合,推进三产融合,延伸茶产业链,对接"一带一路"倡议,开拓茶叶市场等对策。Using the SWOT analysis of enterprise strategic management research,this study analyzed the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the development of Ankang selenium-enriched tea industry.It is proposed that to improve the quality and efficiency of the industry,it is necessary to strengthen the leading enterprises,promote the large-scale and standardized operation of tea enterprises,strengthen the cooperation of production,teaching and research,cultivate professional and professional tea industry talents,establish Ankang selenium-enriched tea and speed up tea brand integration to promote the the integration of three industries,extend the tea industry chain,dock"the Belt and Road"initiative and develop the tea market.
