摘 要:教师教育课程设置的合理性和科学性决定了未来教师的素质.以培养未来卓越信息技术教师为目标,选取18所有代表性的师范院校计算机师范专业的人才培养方案,对教师教育课程设置进行文本分析.研究发现存在重专业轻师范、重理论轻实践、师德教育缺失和教师职业素养培养不足等问题.提出应明确人才培养定位、加大教师教育课程的比重、培养教师职业荣誉感、明确职业定位、增加师德教育课程模块、强化师范生实践能力培养、强化教育理论素养.The rationality and scientificity of teacher education curriculum determine the quality of future teachers.In order to cultivate outstanding IT teachers in the future,this research selected talent training programs for computer teacher education majors in 18 representative normal colleges and universities to conduct text analysis of teacher education curriculum.The research has found that there are some problems,such as emphasis of specialty over teacher education,emphasis of theory over practice,lack of teacher ethics education and inadequate training of teachers’professional quality.It is proposed that normal colleges and universities should clarify the orientation of talent training,increase the proportion of teacher education courses,cultivate teachers’sense of professional honor,make clear the professional orientation,increase the modules of teacher ethics education courses,strengthen the cultivation of practical ability of teacher education majors,and strengthen the theoretical literacy of education.
