不同类型饲料对繁育期克氏原螯虾肌肉营养指标的影响

摘　　要：用2种配合饲料和大豆作为营养来源投喂克氏原螯虾,研究在不同营养条件下繁育期克氏原螯虾肌肉营养指标的变化,从而为克氏原螯虾养殖饲料的选择提供理论依据。结果表明,在投喂3种不同蛋白质含量的饲料对克氏原螯虾体内蛋白质含量有明显影响,而对其脂肪含量的影响并不明显,蛋白质含量与脂肪含量呈正相关。月份与蛋白质含量存在极显著相关,饲料中蛋白质含量对克氏原螯虾肌肉内的蛋白质含量有显著影响(P<0.05)。In this experiment,we used two kinds of compound feed and soybean as the nutrient sources to feed Procambarus clarkii,and studied the changes of various nutrient indices in the muscles of P.clarkii under different nutrient conditions,so as to provide theoretical basis for the selection of culture feed of P.clarkii.The results showed that three kinds of feed with different nutrient protein content had a significant effect on the protein content in P.clarkii,but its effect on fat content was not obvious,and the protein content was positively correlated with fat content.There was an extremely significant correlation between month and protein content,and protein content in the feed had a significant effect on the protein content in the muscles of P.clarkii(P<0.05).
