摘 要:随着我国高等教育的不断发展,对人才培养质量提出了更高的要求。作为“一带一路”沿线国家的俄罗斯与我国在各个方面的合作与交流日显频繁。无论是学生高层次就业的需要还是国家发展的需要,都对二外俄语教学工作提出了新的要求。文章从稳抓教师队伍“主力军”,转变固有观念;拓宽课程建设“主战场”,紧跟时代步伐;疏通课堂教学“主渠道”,多种方式结合这三个方面来阐述,以期为培养中国特色社会主义建设者和接班人做有益的探索。The continuous development of China's higher education puts forward a higher requirement for the quality of talent training.As a“Belt and Road”country,Russia cooperates and exchanges more frequently with China in all fields.Whether the need of high-level employment or the need of national development has raised a new requirement for Russian teaching as second foreign language.The article centers around firmly constructing“main force”in teacher teams,widening“main battle field”in curriculum construction to keep up with the times and dredging“main channel”of classroom teaching throughout combining the three aspects.The article is an attempt to offer a beneficial exploration for cultivating constructers and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
