摘 要:在全民健身和向应用型本科大学转型的背景下,为了提高运动人体科学实验课程的教学效果和质量,构建了以培养学生实践能力与创新能力为目标的PBL课程。运动人体科学实验PBL课程设置应遵循课程完整性、高效性和实用性等原则;课程的主要内容涵盖运动人体科学实验的绝大部分内容,并根据体育专业学生的特点,选取适当的"问题",运用合作性和探究性方法进行学习;考核方式主要有教师评分、学生自评、小组互评等形式。运动人体科学实验PBL综合性课程克服了传统实验课不能有效调动学生学习主观能动性的弊端。In the context of national fitness and the transition to an applied undergraduate university, in order to improve the teaching effect and quality of the course of sport physicality science experiment, a PBL course aiming at cultivating students′ practical and innovative abilities has been constructed. The PBL course of sport physicality science experiment should follow the principles of course integrity, high efficiency and practicality;the main content of the course covers most of the content of sport physicality science experiment, and appropriate "questions" should be selected according to the characteristics of sports majors;cooperative and exploratory methods should be applied for learning;assessment methods mainly include teachers′ grading, students′ self-evaluation, and group mutual evaluation. The PBL comprehensive course overcomes the drawbacks of traditional experiment courses which cannot effectively mobilize students′ subjective initiative.
