126名小学教师预防儿童性侵犯教育培训及开展相关教育情况调查研究

摘　　要：目的了解小学教师参加预防儿童性侵犯教育培训和在学校开展相关教育情况,为今后更好地在小学开展预防儿童性侵犯教育提供参考。方法采用不记名自填式问卷调查方法,于2019年4月在东北某地区3所学校的小学教师中进行调查。结果在被调查的126名教师中,班主任占45.2%(57/126),有24.6%(31/126)回答参加过专门的培训或培训中有关于预防儿童性侵犯的内容。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,参加过培训的教师会更多地在学校开展预防儿童性侵犯教育(OR=5.806,95%CI:2.223,15.168)。教师开展预防性侵犯教育可能面临的主要困难是缺少教材和缺少相关知识,以及话题过于敏感。有86.5%的教师明确表示愿意参加预防儿童性侵犯教育培训。结论小学教师参与过预防儿童性侵犯教育培训的比例较低,需要加强在小学教师中的相关培训,促进学校预防儿童性侵犯工作。Objective To understand the situation of the primary school teachers'participation in training about child sexual abuse(CSA)prevention education,and the practice of CSA prevention education in school,and to provide references for future CSA prevention education in primary schools.Methods Using anonymous self-administered questionnaire,a survey was conducted among primary school teachers from three schools in Northeast China in April 2019.Results Of the 126 teachers,teachers in charge of class accounted for 45.2%(57/126).24.6%(31/126)replied that they had participated in the training about the prevention of CSA.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that teachers who had participated in training were more likely to carry out education on the prevention of CSA in schools(0R=5.806,95%CI:2.223,15.168).The main difficulties that teachers may face in carrying out CSA prevention education included the lack of teaching materials and relevant knowledge,as well as the topic is too sensitive.86.5%of the teachers reported explicitly willingness of receiving CSA prevention education training.Conclusion The proportion of primary school teachers who have participated in the training on the prevention of child sexual abuse is relatively low.It is in need to train primary school teachers to promote the school-based CSA prevention work.
