高金合金在口腔修复治疗中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨分析高金合金在口腔修复治疗中的应用效果。方法将2017年2月至2019年6月入院接受口腔修复治疗的患者100例作为研究对象,随机将其分为两组,各50例。对照组采用镍铬合金进行修复治疗,观察组使用高金合金进行修复治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组边缘密合度、颈缘染色、牙龈情况均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前牙龈指数、菌斑指数以及牙龈出血指数比较差异不显著(P>0.05),治疗后以上指标观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在口腔修复治疗工作当中应用高金合金可显著提高该疾病的治疗效果,减少对牙周组织的影响,提高患者对治疗效果的满意度,应用价值较高。Objective To investigate and analyze the application effect of high gold alloy in oral prosthodontics.Methods From February 2017 to June 2019,100 patients were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nickel chromium alloy,and the observation group was treated with high gold alloy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results Hemarginal fit,neck staining and gingival condition of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in gingival index,plaque index and gingival bleeding index before treatment(P>0.05),and the above indexes of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high gold alloy in oral prosthodontics can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of this disease,reduce the influence on periodontal tissue,and improve the satisfaction of patients with the therapeutic effect,with high application value.
