基于复合型人才培养的我国工科高校文科教育现状及对策

摘　　要：复合型人才是当前社会对于人才的主要需求方向,现代教育的开展需要以复合型人才的培养为基本导向进行改革和创新,引领人才全面发展。工科高校的文科教育存在着办学理念和定位不足、缺乏高水准学术队伍等问题。须更新理念,以差异化发展为办学策略,在结合工科高校自身优势的基础上开展产学研基地建设,重视交叉学科建设,打造品牌文科专业。As the compound talents are the main demand for talents in current society,modern education needs to reform and innovate with the cultivation of compound talents as the basic orientation,leading an over-all development of talents.However,in the specific practice of the engineering colleges’arts education,there exists some problems,like the lack of education concept and positioning and the lack in constructing high-level academic team,etc..Based on this,it is of necessity to update the concept,take differentiated development as the basic strategy,carry out the construction of industry-college-research bases combining engineering colleges’advantages and attach importance to interdisciplinary construction,so as to build the brand liberal arts majors.
