摘  要:"双创"教育不仅意味着职业教育理念的转变,也是高职院校培养创新型人才的重要模式。以广东轻工职业技术学院为例,认为人才培养目标、课程教育体系、技能实践平台、职教师资队伍和职教服务机制等是地方高职"双创"教育机制构建的主要内容。前地方高职院校创新创业教育存在"功利化""封闭化""悬浮化"问题,应更新高职"双创"教育理念,完善"双创"教育课程体系,搭建开放"双创"教育平台,组建多元"双创"导师团队,健全"双创"教育保障体系。In the context of the era of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,professional and creative education not only means a change in the concept of vocational education,but also an important model for cultivating innovative talents in vocational colleges.Taking Guangdong Light Industry Vocational and Technical College as an analysis case,the paper first explains the main construction of the local vocational education system from the five aspects of talent training objectives,curriculum education system,skills practice platform,vocational teaching staff and vocational education service mechanism.Then,it analyzes the current"utilitarian","closed",and"suspension"problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local vocational colleges,and finally proposes important paths to promote the upgrading of local vocational innovation education mechanisms,namely,to update the vocational and creative education concept,to improve the curriculum system,to build the dual innovation education platform,to form a diverse dual innovation mentor team and to improve the dual innovation education guarantee system.
