摘  要:构建一支高质量的"双师型"教师队伍,离不开完善的资格认证标准支撑。统一的"双师型"教师资格认证标准能够适应新时代职业教育改革的要求,增强资格认证的实效性,并对"双师型"教师队伍长效机制的建设起到正向作用。当前,我国"双师型"教师资格认证标准在建设中存在着认证标准不统一、认证标准不完善、认证保障机制缺失、认证等级缺乏科学规划等问题。据此,应从理念、制度、分层定级、实践、激励等方面完善"双师型"教师资格认证标准。Building a high-quality’dual-qualified"teacher team is inseparable from the support of sound qualification certification standards.A unified"dual-qualified"teacher qualification certification standard should adapt to the requirements of vocational education reform in the new era,enhance the effectiveness of qualification certification,and play a guiding role in forming a long-term mechanism for the construction of"dual-qualified"teachers.At present,in the construction of China’s"dual-qualified"teacher qualification certification standards,there exist problems such as inconsistent certification standards,imperfect certification standards,lack of certification guarantee mechanisms and lack of scientific planning for certification levels.Based on this,suggestions of improving the qualification certification standards for"dual-qualified"teachers are proposed from the aspects of concept,system,hierarchical grading,practice and incentives.
