摘　　要：“分子生物学与生物技术”是食品专业研究生必修的一门重要专业课程。通过介绍食品专业“分子生物学与生物技术”课程的重要性,阐述PBL和CBL教学法的混合模式在该课程教学应用中的必要性及具体教学内容和实施方法,以激发学生对该课程学习的兴趣和积极性,提高其科研创新能力。Molecular Biology and Biotechnology is one of the important professional courses of master's students majoring in food discipline.This paper presented the importance of this course,and explored the necessity of the application of PBL and CBL teaching method in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology for food discipline graduate,as well as the teaching contents and implementation methods.The graduate students'interest and enthusiasm for the course,the ability of scientific research and innovation has been significantly stimulated and improved.
