摘 要:采用真菌、细菌进行发酵实验,以基础培养基为空白对照、在基础培养基中添加入磷酸盐(磷酸二氢钾)为对照组,与基础培养基中加入与磷酸盐同等磷含量的湿法净化磷酸热法磷酸、进行对比试验,以探究湿法净化磷酸与热法磷酸在微生物发酵应用中是否存在差异。结果表明:培养基中加入湿法净化磷酸与热法磷酸对微生物发酵无显著性差异。Fungi and bacteria were used for fermentation experiment.Basic medium was used as blank control,phosphate(KDP)was added in basic medium as the control group,and the wet purified phosphoric acid with the same phosphorus content as phosphate was added into the basic medium,the comparison experiment was carried out to explore whether there were differences between purified wet phosphoric acid and thermal method phosphoric acid in the application of microbial fermentation.The results showed that there was no significant difference in microbial fermentation between purified wet phosphoric acid and thermal method phosphoric acid.
