摘 要:该文在现有的武汉船舶职业技术学院体育课教学现状的研究基础上,发现课堂这个突破点,从体育课教学过程和考核入手,采取文献资料法、实验法、访谈法、对比研究法、数据分析法,突破以往的教学监控体系,从外延加入教学本位的监控,使原有体系更加完善,通过教学课堂本位的调整,使体育教师更加注重自己的课堂,达到有效课堂的标准。In the paper,based on the existing research on the current situation of physical education in Wuhan Institute of shipbuilding technology,this breakthrough point is found in the classroom.Starting from the teaching process and assessment of physical education,the methods of literature review,experiment,interview,comparative research and data analysis are adopted to break through the previous teaching monitoring system and join the teaching standard monitoring from the extension to make the original system more effective perfect,through the adjustment of teaching classroom standard,so that physical education teachers pay more attention to their own classroom,to achieve the standard of effective classroom.
