摘　　要：应用性创新型人才作为后高等教育大众化阶段应用型高校和高等职业院校培养的一种主要人才类型,其能力表征、形成机理与研究创新型人才具有显著差异。应用创新能力形成是一个十分复杂的动态演进过程,揭示其内涵表征,厘清其形成机理,对于理顺高等教育人才培养层次、适应国家经济社会发展需要、促进应用型高校和高等职业院校紧密对接应用性创新型人才培养的学科专业链和行业产业链、形成"教、产、学、研、用"整体化人才培养链具有重要的导向意义。Applied innovative talents,as a major type of talents cultivated by application-oriented colleges and higher vocational colleges in the post-popularization stage of higher education,have significant differences in their ability characterization,formation mechanism and research innovative talents.The formation of applied innovation ability is a very complex dynamic evolution process.Therefore,revealing its connotation and characterization and clarifying its formation mechanism are of important guiding significance for straightening out the level of talent training in higher education and adapting to the needs of national economic and social development.In addition,they are also of great guiding significance for promoting application-oriented colleges and higher vocational colleges to closely link the disciplinary and professional chain and industrial chain of application-oriented and innovative talents training,and forming an integrated talent training chain of"teaching,production,learning,research and application".
