摘　　要：目光接触是课堂教学中非语言行为的重要组成部分。文章基于312名大学师范生的调查数据,分析了大学课堂中师生之间目光接触的现状与特点。研究发现:在大学课堂中,大多数学生与教师进行目光接触具有积极感受;学习成绩、座位分布以及班级容量是影响师生之间目光接触频率的主要因素。研究结果对教学的启示有:高校教师应当意识到在课堂教学中非语言行为对学生身心发展的重要作用,注重提高自身非言语行为的技巧策略,从而实现大学课程质量与育人成效的双向提升。Eye contact is an essential part of nonverbal behavior in classroom.Based on the survey data of 312 normal students,this paper investigates the current situation and characteristics of eye contact between teachers and students in college classroom.The results show that most students have a positive feeling of making eye contact with the teacher;Academic achievement,seat distribution and class capacity are the main factors affecting eye contact frequency.The pedagogical implications are as follows:Teachers should be aware of the important role of nonverbal behavior,and pay attention to improving the skills and strategies of nonverbal behavior,so as to realize the two-way improvement of university curriculum quality and educational effectiveness.
