摘　　要：文章从讲述其研究意义开始,分析并提炼出职业院校以“科创、科普、科研”为主线,努力服务社会,积极构建青少年科技创新师资培训体系的实践和体会。Starting with the description of its research significance,this paper analyzes and extracts the practice and experience of vocational colleges that strive to serve the society and actively build a youth science and technology innovation teacher training system with“scientific and technological innovation,science popularization,and scientific research”as the main line.
