浅谈开封景区标识语英译存在的问题及改进措施

摘　　要：旅游景区标识语英译水平的高低是一座城市国际化水平高低的重要体现。目前,在开封市的一些景点中,标识语英文翻译存在着用汉语拼音代替英文翻译、机器误植、同一标识的英文翻译不统一、累赘翻译等问题,这些问题不仅给外国游客游览带来不便,也不利于开封“国际文化旅游名城”建设。对此,应深入调研,规范、统一旅游景区标识语翻译;另外,应加强人才培养,提高旅游景区标识语翻译水平。The English translation of scenic spot sign is an important evidence of the internationalization of a city.At present,there are still some problems in the English translation of scenic spots signs in Kaifeng.For example,Chinese Pinyin translation,roughmechanical translation,different English translation of the same scenic spots,cumbersome translation and so on.These problems will not only bring great inconvenience to foreign tourists,but also undermine Kaifeng’s image of“Famous International Cultural Tourism City”.This paper will analyze the above problems and give some personal suggestions on the problems.
