摘　　要：雷锋精神体现了中华民族精神家园的时代性,是涵养高职学生巨大的精神财富。由于新时代雷锋精神与高职思政教育的内容和育人功能高度一致,把新时代雷锋精神作为高职思政教育新的精神引领,将助力青年学生尽快成人成才和树立"中国梦"理想及中国特色社会主义信念。高职院校通过赋予新时代校园文化新内涵、发挥思政课堂和课程思政主渠道作用、开展学雷锋志愿服务活动、完善思政工作保障机制、加强雷锋文化常态化研究等方式,寻求新时代雷锋精神作为高职思政教育精神新引领的最优路径。The spirit of Lei Feng embodies the epoch of the spiritual home of the Chinese nation and is great spiritual wealth for higher vocational students. Since the spirit of Lei Feng in the new era is highly consistent with the content and educational function of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges, the spirit of Lei Feng in the new era is taken as the new spirit guidance of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges. This will help young students grow up as soon as possible and establish the ideal of "the Chinese dream" and the belief of socialism with Chinese characteristics. By giving new connotation to the campus culture of the new era,giving full play to the role of ideological and political classroom and integrating ideological and political elements into courses as the main channel of ideological and political work, developing the voluntary service activities of learning from Lei Feng, perfecting the guarantee mechanism of ideological and political work, and strengthening the normalization research on Lei Feng culture, higher vocational colleges seek the spirit of Lei Feng in the new era as the best way of the new guidance of ideological and political education spirit in higher vocational colleges.
