摘 要:新冠疫情防控对高职院校正常的教学方式造成了冲击和影响,也为高职教师自主专业发展提供了新的契机。以疫情期间高职教师大规模在线教学实践活动为研究对象,采用行动研究方法,边实践边总结,分析了疫情背景下教师自主专业发展的影响因素,厘清了教师自主专业发展面临的机遇与挑战,提出了高职教师应不断强化自主发展和网络学习意识,提升信息素养,在各种政策的支持下,充分利用“互联网+”提供的各类教育教学资源,不断提升专业发展水平。The prevention and control of the novel coronavirus epidemic has caused impact on normal teaching of higher vocational colleges,and it also provides new opportunities for autonomous professional development of higher vocational teachers.Taking the large-scale online teaching practice activities of higher vocational teachers during the epidemic period as a research object,it adopts an action research method,practicing while summarizing,to analyze the influencing factors of teachers’autonomous professional development under the background of the epidemic,and clarifies the opportunities and challenges for teachers’autonomous professional development.It is proposed that higher vocational teachers should continuously strengthen the awareness of autonomous development and online learning,improve informational literacy,and make full use of various educational and teaching resources provided by“Internet+”with the support of various policies to continuously improve the level of professional development.
