摘  要:目的:第八代粘接剂Single Bond Universal(SBU)是最新一代的粘接剂,表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(Epigallocatechin gallate, EGCG)是基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂及偶联剂,本研究探讨添加EGCG是否可以提高SBU粘接强度及降低微渗漏。方法:将人中龋离体牙去除冠部釉质,龋指示剂下制备龋影响牙本质。将离体牙随机分组(对照组,EGCG 100μg/ml组,EGCG 200μg/ml组,EGCG 300μg/ml组),使用SBU进行粘接,上方堆砌树脂,在流动水下,使用慢速线性切割机进行切割,制备微拉伸试件及微渗漏试件。微拉伸仪检测粘接强度,场发射扫描电镜观察断裂后界面显微结构,激光共聚焦显微镜检测试件微渗漏。结果:添加EGCG能明显提高SBU对龋影响牙本质的粘接强度(P<0.0001, F=17.11),微渗漏显著减少。结论:EGCG能改良SBU对龋影响牙本质的粘接性能。Objective:The eighth-generation adhesive Single Bond Universal(SBU)is the latest generation of adhesives.Epigallocatechin-gallate(EGCG)is a matrix metalloproteinase inhibitor and cross linker.The aim of this study was to explore whether the adhesion performance of SBU will be improved after the addition of epigallocatechin-3-gallate(EGCG).Methods:The enamel was removed from the teeth with middle caries,and caries-affected dentin was prepared under the instruction of Caries Indicator.The teeth were divided into four groups(control group,EGCG 100μg/ml group,EGCG 200μg/ml group,EGCG 300μg/ml group)randomly.SBU was used for bonding and resin was build-up.A water-cooled low-speed cutting saw was used to prepare micro-tensile specimens and micro-leakage specimens.The bonding strength was detected by the micro-tensile instrument,the microstructure of the interface after fracture was observed by the field emission scanning electron microscope,and the micro-leakage of the specimen was detected by the confocal laser scanning microscope.Results:The addition of EGCG can significantly increase the bond strength of SBU to dental caries-affected dentin(P<0.0001,F=17.11),and significantly reduce microleakage.Conclusion:EGCG can improve the adhesive properties of SBU on caries-affected dentin.
